If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below.
📌 How to Return
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order at heartfeltdash@gmail.com.
Include in your email:
Order number
Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item
Items must:
Be in original condition ( unused, unwashed, unaltered )
Have all original tags and labels attached
Return shipping charges:
Covered by heartfeltdash if the item is defective or incorrect.
Packaging requirements:
Use the original shipping packaging if possible, or pack securely in your own packaging.
Provide us with the return tracking number once shipped.
heartfeltdash reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
💳 Refund
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified.
Refunds will be credited back as store account credits.
If an item is confirmed faulty, you may choose one of the following:
Replacement of the same item ( subject to stock availability )
Store account credits
🚫 When Exchange / Return Is Not Possible
Change of mind or items purchased on sale.
Requests made after the 3-day return window.
Items that show signs of:
Washing or used
Contamination or odours (perfume, smoke, etc.)
Intentional damage for refund purposes
Items returned in poor packaging causing loss or damage.
Items not considered defective:
Slight colour variations due to lighting (may appear lighter or darker)
Minor measurement differences (1–3 cm) due to material or method
Small imperfections such as loose threads, uneven stitching, or minor stains that do not affect the overall appearance
