๐ Are the Items Ready Stock or Preorder?
Most items are preorder-based, unless specifically labeled “In Stock”.
Ready stock items are available in limited quantities and ship out faster.
๐ฆ When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are processed once payment is completed.
Preorder Items (General):
Estimated delivery: 14–20 days after the batch cut-off date.
Batch cut-off dates: 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and last day of each month.
Example 1: Order placed on 12th → cut-off on 15th → shipping begins within 10–15 days from 15th.
Example 2: Order placed on 15th → cut-off same day → shipping begins within 10–15 days from 15th.
Preorder Items (Vietnam Clothes):
Ship out from Vietnam 2–4 days after the batch cut-off date.
Delivery to customers in Singapore takes an additional 2–3 days after arrival in Singapore.
Ready Stock Items:
Ship within 1–2 business days after payment.
Mixed Orders (Ready Stock + Preorder):
All items will be shipped together once preorder items are ready.

๐ Where Can I Check My Order Status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email titled “Your Order is Shipped”.
This email includes:
Your tracking number
The courier company used
A “Track My Order” button for real-time parcel updates
โ Can I Add to a Previous Order to Save on Shipping?
Yes, as long as your previous order has not yet been shipped.
If your new order falls into a different batch, both will be shipped together once all items are ready.
No extra shipping charges apply for combined orders.
